What’s the perfect exercise?

For those that have Youtube and don’t mind watching me babble for a few minutes, here’s a link.

For those that can’t stand my babbling, here’s a description of good exercises;

  1. One that’s never be done before
  2. One that’s accomplishes your goal for that phase/day
  3. One that’s safe
